The purpose of this program is to coordinate roof assessments, schedule appointments, send reminders, follow up on completed inspections, and respond to customer questions.

- Appointment confirmations after you book or request an assessment
- Scheduling messages to confirm a specific date and time
- Appointment reminders (typically 48 hours and 2 hours before)
- Same-day "on my way" or "running late" updates
- Weather-related reschedule notices
- Follow-up after your inspection (report delivery, questions, next steps)
- Responses to questions or requests you initiate
- Occasional service updates relevant to your active project
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from 4D Roofing Solutions in any of the following ways:
- Web form: By submitting the assessment request form at https://4droofingsolutions.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked. You must affirmatively check the box to opt in.
- Verbal consent: By providing verbal consent during a phone or in-person conversation with our staff. Verbal consent is logged with the date, time, your phone number, and the staff member who recorded it.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on where you are in the assessment and project process. A typical customer receives approximately 2-5 messages per month. During an active project (assessment scheduled, report delivery, work in progress) you may receive more. Once your project is complete, you will typically receive no further messages unless you contact us.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to messages you receive from us and messages you send to us. Check with your carrier for details about your specific plan. 4D Roofing Solutions does not charge a fee for participating in this SMS program, but your mobile carrier may.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages from 4D Roofing Solutions at any time. Simply reply to any of our messages with any of the following words:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After you send any opt-out keyword, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
12. No Guarantee of Delivery
While we make reasonable efforts to deliver messages reliably, we cannot guarantee delivery of any specific message. Delivery is subject to carrier network conditions, device availability, and other factors outside our control.
