These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and 4th Dimension Roofing Solutions LLC ("4D Roofing," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington.

By using our website at 4droofingsolutions.com, contacting us by phone or text, requesting a free inspection, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

4th Dimension Roofing Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to:

• Free roof inspections and assessments
• Roof replacement and installation
• Roof repair and maintenance
• Gutter installation and repair
• Attic ventilation assessment and installation
• Moss and algae treatment and prevention
• Storm damage assessment and insurance claim assistance
• Emergency roofing services

Services are subject to a separate written service agreement, estimate, or contract that will govern the specific terms of any roofing project, including scope of work, pricing, timeline, and warranty.

4. Free Inspections

4.1 Nature of Free Inspections

Our free roof inspections are provided as a courtesy with no obligation to purchase any services. Inspections are visual assessments conducted by trained roofing professionals and are not engineering evaluations, structural assessments, or home inspections as defined under Washington State law.

4.2 Inspection Limitations

Our inspections are based on observable conditions at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for:

• Conditions not visible during a visual inspection
• Changes in roof condition occurring after the inspection date
• Pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed or were concealed
• Damage discovered during or after repair work that was not apparent during inspection

4.3 No Guarantee of Completeness

Inspection findings are the professional opinion of our inspectors based on industry standards and local climate knowledge. We recommend obtaining multiple opinions for major roofing decisions.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

5.1 Consent to Receive SMS

5.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect communications related to existing service agreements or emergencies related to your property.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you send and receive. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5.5 TCPA Compliance

Our SMS communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable Washington State telemarketing laws. We maintain an internal Do Not Contact list and honor all opt-out requests promptly and permanently.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

7. Service Agreements and Estimates

7.1 Written Estimates

All roofing service estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered once work begins.

7.2 Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work is performed. We will communicate any discovered issues promptly and obtain your approval before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

7.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required prior to project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and customer walkthrough
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Financing options may be available — ask your representative for details

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled inspection at any time with no penalty. Cancellation of a signed service agreement may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in the individual service contract. Washington State law provides certain cancellation rights for home improvement contracts — please refer to your service agreement for details.

8. Warranties

8.1 Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific workmanship warranty terms are provided in your individual service agreement and vary by project type and scope.

8.2 Manufacturer Warranties

Materials installed by 4th Dimension Roofing Solutions may carry manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with applicable manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

8.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of God, severe weather events, or natural disasters
• Modifications or repairs made by others after our work is complete
• Failure to maintain the roof per our recommendations
• Pre-existing structural issues not related to our work
• Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period

9. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Insurance and Licensing

4th Dimension Roofing Solutions LLC maintains all required licenses and insurance coverage for roofing work performed in Washington State, including:

• Washington State contractor's license
• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation coverage for our employees

Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Good Faith Resolution

11.2 Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Clark County, Washington.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4th Dimension Roofing Solutions LLC and its members, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our website, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information about your property or situation.

13. Privacy
